By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Business Information

SummitClose operates as a professional service provider, based in Mobile, Alabama. Our services are specifically designed to help electronic resellers buy more devices by finding, and closing deals with local sellers, then scheduling them to meet with our clients. We simplify the process of buying electronic devices.

2. Description of Services

SummitClose provides a service that identifies and secures deals with local sellers based on their descriptions of their devices. We schedule appointments for clients to meet these sellers at their store locations or other designated meeting places. Our service is limited to facilitating these transactions and does not include physical inspection, purchase decisions, or any guarantees regarding the condition of the devices.All offers are made based on the seller’s description of the device. The true condition of the device can only be verified during the physical inspection conducted by the client. SummitClose is not responsible for any discrepancies between the seller’s description and the actual condition of the device or for any issues arising during or after the inspection.

3. Payment Terms

We charge a fee of $20 per device facilitated through our services. Fees are charged only after clients confirm a successful transaction. In cases where a transaction includes multiple devices, the fee is calculated at $20 per device. Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the client.Clients may cancel their subscription, pause, or stop deal flow at any time by notifying us. We will promptly halt service upon receipt of such notice.

4. User Obligations

Users of our services are required to provide accurate and transparent information regarding the status of transactions facilitated by SummitClose. Failure to disclose accurate confirmation of transactions or any attempt to mislead SummitClose may result in immediate termination of services.Users are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and conducting physical inspections of devices. SummitClose is not liable for missed appointments or the outcomes of any transactions.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SummitClose’s responsibilities are limited to identifying sellers, securing deals, and scheduling appointments. We are not responsible for: - Any issues that occur during the appointment or transaction, including disputes between the client and the seller. - The condition of devices, as described by the seller or discovered during the physical inspection. - Any actions or omissions of the seller. - Losses, damages, or other claims arising after the transaction is completed. SummitClose does not guarantee the profitability or success of transactions facilitated through our services. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with these transactions.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The arbitration will take place in Mobile, Alabama, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

7. Termination of Services

SummitClose reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client who fails to comply with these Terms or engages in activities that harm SummitClose’s operations or reputation. Termination of services does not waive any outstanding fees owed to SummitClose.

8. Modification of Terms

SummitClose reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
